Process Design

The objective of the project was to produce a body car with resins and fiberglass
to have a consistent model. We should redesign a car with different references like BMW or Audi to have a body design.

PROCESS DESIGN:

At first, we should made a foam body to have the base of the model.
with the foam form we started to cover all the piece with a special resin to harden the foam. 

Later, we cover the model with a special resin and fiberglass to create a plastic layer and then to have the carcass to repeat all the process in the reverse of the carcass to have the body model. 

At finally, the result was a car body model made of plastic and fiberglass.
